NOE Foundation is a humanitarian organization dedicated to improving lives through vision care, health education, and community empowerment.

Founded by an optometry professional, the foundation was established with a clear purpose: to address one of the most overlooked yet essential aspects of healthcare eye health while also supporting broader community well-being.

We recognize that good vision is fundamental to how people learn, work, and live. Yet for many underserved populations, access to even basic eye care remains limited. NOE Foundation exists to bridge this gap and create pathways to healthier, more productive lives.
