NOE Foundation is a humanitarian organization dedicated to improving lives through vision care, health education, and community empowerment.

Founded by an Optometry Doctor, the foundation was established with a clear purpose: to address one of the most overlooked yet essential aspects of healthcare - eye health, while also supporting broader community well-being.

We recognize that good vision is fundamental to how people learn, work, and live. Yet for many underserved populations, access to even basic eye care remains limited. NOE Foundation exists to bridge this gap and create pathways to healthier, more productive lives.

Our Story

NOE Foundation was born out of firsthand experience in the field of optometry, where the impact of untreated vision problems is seen every day.

From children struggling to learn in school due to poor eyesight, to adults facing limitations in work and daily life, the need for accessible eye care is both urgent and widespread.

This reality inspired the creation of a foundation that goes beyond treatment, focusing on prevention, education, and long-term community impact. Today, NOE Foundation continues to grow through partnerships, outreach programs, and a deep commitment to service
